#1: Ballet Beautiful

What it is: Developed by former New York City ballet dancer Mary Helen Bowers (a.k.a the amazing ballerina who whipped Natalie Portman into shape for the movie Black Swan), Ballet Beautiful strives to tone specific 'ballet muscles'--think inner thighs, calves, butt, abs and upper body--through high repetitions, resistance work, light weights and a cardio standing series.

Why it rocks: Like Natalie, you get to learn from Bowers herself. Classes are only offered online through her personal website. Bonus: you can train anytime, anywhere. (Prices start at $25 for a single class.) To learn more, check out www.balletbeautiful.com.
