What it is: Developed by former New York City ballet dancer Mary Helen Bowers (a.k.a the amazing ballerina who whipped Natalie Portman into shape for the movie Black Swan), Ballet Beautiful strives to tone specific 'ballet muscles'--think inner thighs, calves, butt, abs and upper body--through high repetitions, resistance work, light weights and a cardio standing series.
