On the day off, Moore recommends a cold compress before layering on makeup. "Chill tea bags in the freezer and apply in the morning, or use a topical eye product with caffeine," she suggests. Opt for gel-based products and avoid heavy creams, which can make the rest of your eye makeup rub off.
