Dancing is a great way to incorporate cardio, burn calories and sculpt your body. From high energy Zumba to fat- burning belly dancing to calming ballet, there’s a style for everyone. Prefer to work out with a partner? Try ballroom or salsa! Cue music.

Gyms and dance studios around the country offer Zumba classes, or pop in a DVD or video game to use at home on your Nintendo Wii, Xbox or PlayStation.
