11. Mom Films Her 2-Year-Old Smoking Pot

Jessica Gamble of Cincinnati proved she was a bad mom when she encouraged her 2-year-old to smoke a joint. And she proved she wasn't the brightest bulb by filming it with a cell phone camera (of course, it ended up on YouTube). This is not a tale we like to retell -- watching the video is just plain disturbing -- but we're glad to hear that Gamble could be put behind bars for 11 years because of it.
