Stressed out? Join the club! With a new baby to care for -- and worry about -- dinner to make, laundry to do, diapers to buy, emails to answer and... (we could go on, but we won't), finding time in your day to just kick back and relax can seem impossible. We get it, mama. But recharging your batteries is a must -- especially when you're raising little ones. So give yourself permission to take a much needed time-out. Get started now with these easy, stress-busting tips.

Start Exercising
Exercise? What's that? If you're laughing at the thought of trying to fit exercise into your already jam-packed schedule, let us remind you that exercise cures a whole lot of ills. Research shows that exercise is one of the most beneficial stress-reducers around. It can improve blood flow to the brain, increasing the brain's alpha waves (this is associated with calmness and relaxation), reduce blood pressure, decrease muscle tension and raise endorphin levels.

Think you can't fit it in? Walking is great exercise since it lets you bring everyone with you. So strap your babe into a carrier or a stroller, bring the dog, your husband, whomever -- just get moving. (It's raining out? Who cares? Get out your stroller's rain cover and grab a jacket.)
