“I went to a bikram yoga session this morning - it's 90 minutes inside a 105-degree room, and it burns a ton of calories, is super low-impact, and works basically every muscle in your body! I thought I'd feel sick from the heat, maybe it'd make my asthma worse... nope! I feel SO GOOD!” -jkittyesb
