We all hear plenty of advice from other mothers, but it's that clever gem that changes your life -- or, at least, your harried mornings! -- that really sticks. We asked the moms we know to pass along their best tips they got from other moms.

Pile On the Crib Sheets
"The best parenting advice I received from a mom friend has been a lifesaver. When making a baby's crib, double (or even triple) sheet the bed. So it goes waterproof pad and sheet, with another waterproof pad and sheet on top (three times if you have them). This way when accidents happen in the middle of the night, you just strip the top layer and you are good to go!" -- Jennifer Burg, The Suburban Mom
