Create Elmo’s signature fuzz on cupcakes like Stephanie’s from www.thesmartbaker.com. Bake cupcakes and frost them with a multi-opening piping tip (try Wilton tip #233 that’s usually used for grass). Finish it off with white Candy Melts for eyes, black frosting for the pupils and mouth and an orange Jelly Belly for his nose.
