Is it ironic that Chrisitna Aguilera is singing "I'm stepping out with my baby" with Tony Bennett. Xtina's big, red baby bump is out in full effect tonight. She looks beautiful -- but definitely pregnant. Meanwhile, hope that's a spray-on tan... and not fake-and-bake bed tan.
