Best "Will This Be Scandalous?" Moment
Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus arrived at the VMAs together. If you don't remember, Miley and Katy had a bit of a feud back when Katy, the "I Kissed a Girl" singer, said she'd love to recreate the MTV Britney/Madonna kiss with Miley on stage. Miss Miley responded, "No thanks," and added that, "She sang on my record. So I think she's kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds." Apparently their joint arrival was to "set the record straight," though we think it have been better if they actually kissed! Then again, Katy did cover Madonna at the show. Read on...
