There are many different varieties of breaded chicken in the supermarket freezer case, including breasts, patties, tenders, nuggets and more. Jazzing them up with different toppings can make them into a fancy or down-home meal. Try these quick-and-easy main dish variations:

For a fast version of French Chicken Cordon Bleu, just put some deli ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top.

Whip up your own twist on Chicken Francaise by topping a patty or breast fillet with a bit of white wine, a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of sliced mushrooms.

Make a quick Italian Chicken Parmigiana by topping breaded chicken with a bit of spaghetti sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
