The newest "it" couple may not have made an official announcement that they were a hot item, but walking hand-in-hand on the streets of Manhattan on April 23rd, spoke volumes. As if their body language wasn't loud and clear, we already knew where West's heart was at. This was only a few weeks after he debuted his song "Theraflu," where he sings: "I admit I fell in love with Kim ... 'Round the same time she fell in love with him ... That's cool, babygirl, do your thing ... Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team." (West was referring to his friend Jay-Z, who owns the team Kris Humphries plays for, the New Jersey Nets.)
