Professional volleyball player and mother of two Gabrielle Reece has found that that the easiest way to get back in shape post-pregnancy is to work out during it.
"Women would feel a lot better during pregnancy if they had a safe way to sweat," Gabby says. "Just moving this little bit made me feel so much better throughout both of my pregnancies. Not to mention that I attribute working out during my pregnancy to bouncing back after my daughter arrived."
Together with trainer Mike Monroe, Gabby created the exercise DVD "Gabrielle Reece Fit & Healthy Prenatal Workouts." These safe, pregnancy-specific exercises are designed for women in their first and second trimesters and can be done in 15-minute segments.
