It sounds like the plot of a big-screen comedy but this situation is absolutely for real. Four sisters -- Lilian Sepulveda, Saby Pazos, Leslie Pazos and Heidi Lopez -- say they did not plan to each have a baby within four days of each other. Three of the sisters delivered babies on Aug. 6 and Aug. 7 at an Illinois hospital while the fourth sis gave birth in California two days later. Talk about sisters who really do everything together!
