Lunch can be so uninspired sometimes. If you're absolutely tired of the same sandwich or salad for lunch, why not combine the two in a wrap? Like a cross between salads and a sandwiches, wraps can include all the makings of a salad and all the fixings of a sandwich. Just wrap up your favorites and you're all set for a different take on the typical lunch. A creamy spread, dressing or slaw is great paired with protein (chicken, tofu or eggs), then all rolled up in a tortilla. You can even used leftover chicken from dinner the night before to create one of these flavorful wraps.
