Try them open-faced with half a bun, ideally whole-grain or light versions, and hold the cheese and mayo in favor of mustard, relish and salsa. For a fun twist on lean meat, skewer chicken, shrimp or swordfish onto diet-friendly kebobs (150 calories per stick).
