5 Unforgettable Last Minute Gift Ideas

As we embark upon another season of joyous gift giving, the hectic search for last minute gifts begins. While grandma’s scented candles may have been a no brainer, what do you get for your fitness buddies that have absolutely everything? Forget generic gift cards, here are 5 gifts sure to knock their stockings right off the fireplace.

Keratin Complex’s Travel Mini Flat Iron

Does your fitness friend squeeze in a workout or two before heading in to work? Then this mini flat iron may be just the thing to stop her from lugging around that huge flat iron, but still arrive at working looking fabulous. The ultra compact 19 cm hair tool comes with a thermal heat-proof travel pouch and tangle free cord –perfect for tossing into a gym bag and having it handy to eliminate frizz and fly-aways.

What’s more important during a workout than hydration? Well now you can help your friends quench their thirst with PVC, BPA, and phthalate-free Sigg Om bottles from LuluLemon. Not only are these lightweight aluminum bottles virtually unbreakable, but they also come with messages such as “Sweat once a day” for a little extra gymspiration and personalization to show your friends you care.

iPosture

Got a friend who complains of back pain? It’s been shown that correct posture and exercise can be more effective than other methods for the prevention and treatment of back pain. Not to mention, tightening that belly and pulling those shoulders back can make us look 10 pounds lighter instantly. The ground-breaking iPosture contains something called Wearable Intelligent Nano-Sensor, a microchip that monitors stance several times every second, which alerts the user when detecting poor posture that lasts longer than one minute.  Why not give your friends better posture and instant weight loss this holiday season?

MIO Stride Petite

Nothing ruins a workout like having an annoying chest strap from your heart rate watch sliding down to your waist. Save your friends from chest strap frustration with the MIO Stride Petite. Not only is this watch a heart rate monitor and pedometer in one, it’s designed for womenforget all those bulky watches that don’t fit our wrists properly.  Another little perk is that many of the MIO watches have interchangeable watch bands because there is nothing worse than being stuck with a run-of the-mill black or grey heart rate watch.

Xtenex Laces

Finally there’s away to solve the age old problem of laces becoming untied with the innovative Xtenex Laces. Unlike regular laces, this product has an elastic core and a series of knots along the entire length of the lace that are threaded the through the eyelets to give the right amount of tension for your shoes. Unlike most laces that end up making our feet numb if tightened too much, the Xtenex Laces expand during natural foot swelling and eliminates foot compression.  What can be a better gift than giving your friends the peace of mind that their laces won’t untie in the middle of a workout session?
