Individuality is a must.
Don't compare yourself to anyone else, even a pre-baby you. Your road back to fitness (and weight loss) after giving birth depends on a lot of things, including what kind of shape you were in before the baby, genetics, complications from pregnancy and birth. Always consult with your doctor about your workouts, and remember that everyone has different needs and goals. It took nine months to have this baby; give yourself at least that much time to get in decent shape.
