Lock up the champagne! Lindsay Lohan was on the scene for the 63rd Annual Cannes Film Festival, but the high-voltage party girl was hit with sobering news Thursday: a bench warrant for her arrest! A judge in L.A. issued the warrant after the actress failed to appear at a probation hearing (the warrant was lifted after her attorney posted $100,000 bail). Lilo's excuse: her passport was stolen! Luckily, the U.S. Embassy provided the troubled starlet with a temporary passport.
