From headaches to carpel tunnel, a 9-to-5 office job can bring on a range of health problems if you're not careful. A recent study from the American Cancer Society found that the amount of time you spend sitting at work and at home can even increase your risk of mortality. It’s not hard to reduce your time in front of the boob tube at home, but what if you work a desk job and can’t necessarily leave the chair? We got some expert advice on easy ways to combat common health problems as well as some preventive exercises you can do to stay active, even if your job isn't.
