Sit cross-legged so your head rests on your partner’s ankles. Have him rub a few drops of massage oil on his hands and place his thumbs on the center of your forehead, above the brow. He slides his thumb outward toward the temples, making circles with the fingers, then repeats the motion from the inner to outer edge of your eyebrows, continuing to your cheeks and jaw. Have him squeeze the outside edge of your ears, then rub his hands together and cup them gently over your face for a few moments. “This move eases headaches and relaxes the facial muscles,” says Darrin.
