chime in nowNoodle Flowers
From: No Time for Flashcards
Why We Love It: You don't have to have a pool to make this craft -- just buy floaty noodles at the dollar store. (Of course, if you do happen to have old pool noodles littering your patio, this is a great way to repurpose them.) The end result: pretty, guaranteed-not-to-wilt flowers.
What You’ll Need: One pool noodle that has a curved outside, a bread knife, green pipe cleaners, green construction paper, a pen and double stick tape.
How to Do It: Start by cutting your pool noodle into 1-inch slices -- you'll need one for every flower you want to make. Stick the pipe cleaners into the flowers and cut leaves out of the construction paper. Add double stick tape to the ends of the leaves and wrap them around the stems of the flowers. Place them in a vase and enjoy your masterpiece.
