Adrian Grenier

Eco-minded Entourage star Adrian Grenier is so green he even hosted his own show on Planet Green in 2008 titled Alter Eco, which showed people how to make small changes to lead more eco-friendly lives. The show led Grenier to co-found SHFT.com a year later, which aims to bring a more sustainable approach to art, architecture, energy, fashion, food and other cultural pursuits. "My job is to inspire people to make their own decisions and take personal responsibility," he told CBS News. "You know, it’s not enough anymore for people to just point the finger and say, 'Well, he’s doing it, so why do I have to change?'" Not only has this eco over-achiever (pictured at a SHFT.com event in New York on Dec. 17, 2010) worked with Global Green USA and Heifer International, but he is also the ambassador for Oceana, a non-profit to protect the world’s oceans, where he has worked on a campaign to stop the slaughter of bluefin tuna
