Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio has one lean, rockin' bod -- and she works hard to keep it that way! A few times a week, she hits the gym with trainer Justin Gelband to do a workout that's specifically focused on being "model fit" not "model thin." Ambrosio tells Shape.com, "A big part of my workout is cardio and specifically Spinning." She also does a fusion of fitness specialties including Zumba, martial arts & functional training, capoeira, Pilates and yoga. The result is an entire body workout that gets her ready to strut her stuff down the runway.
