A man alleged to be stalking Ryan Seacrest was arrested inside the E! building on Friday, one of the media mogul’s places of work, TMZ reported.
According to the Web site, Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. had a knife on him when he was taken into custody at 9:40 a.m. PDT on Friday.
