Allergies: Toddler has multiple food allergies

My toddler has severe eczema. He had allergy/sensitivity to eggs, corn, peanuts, all sea food, most legumes, citrus, tomatoes, soy, milk, many additives, preservatives and colorings. Help! I am at the end of my rope trying to feed him. He sees allergists and dermatologists who seem to treat the symptoms. Do you have any suggestions?
