iVillage: What was your big turning point-either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose the weight?
When I saw my mom have a stroke and when I went with her to physical therapy and she was the youngest person there. Everyone else was in their 70s or 80s.
iVillage: What is one thing you wish you had known before going on The Biggest Loser?
That some people play the game and to be careful.
Did you watch the show before becoming a contestant?
I watched the show for the past two seasons. I would watch the show and eat cookies while watching.
If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be? I would have fought for myself!
What’s the hardest thing to adapt to while living on the ranch?
I didn't really have time to find one.
What keeps you motivated when you don’t feel like working out or you want to eat junk food?
To not eat junk food, I know those are calories I'm going to need to burn off and I don't want to add more workout time to my already hours.

Running stadium stairs
What’s the best advice Bob or Jillian gave you? Bob said I was a strong woman and I can and will do anything I put my mind to!
What’s your favorite healthy meal or snack?
I'm in love with apple and peanut butter.
What’s something viewers at home wouldn’t know from watching the show?
I still don't know if I will be able to get the weight off.
