We've featured some amazing birth photos and water birth photos here at iVillage, and we love showing strong, capable mamas giving birth in all different manners. Our latest fave in the we-can't-stop-staring-at-this birth photo category: this jaw-dropping shot from Emily Brown Weaver, featured on Birth Without Fear, which shows an angle of birth that, quite frankly, we've never seen before.

Totally opposite from the typical "on your back in a hospital bed" birth image, we're in awe of this mama standing in a birthing pool, her hand cradling her emerging baby's head. We think it's a beautiful image. What do you think?
