The teams are off to Guam this week, as Dustin and Kandace are the first out of the gate. Charla and Mirna meet up with Eric and Danielle waiting for the ferry, and Oswald and Danny are on the last boat out, immediately leaving them two hours behind the other teams.
At the airport, Danny and Oswald run for their lives, but just miss the first flight that the three other teams are on. They get another flight out quickly, and wind up connecting on the same flight as the others, with seconds to spare.
The teams land in Guam and head to an air force base where they find a detour. Danny and Oswald, Kandace and Dustin, and Eric and Danielle choose to clean the outside of a huge B-52 bomber, while Charla and Mirna take on the other task, which is to put together care packages and drop them out of a plane. The cousins love every minute of their adventure, while the other teams struggle with the cleaning. The cleaners manage to get out first and Charla and Mirna fall into fourth place heading in to the road block.
The Beautys arrive at the naval base first where Dustin is first to take part in a Search and Rescue mission. Danielle and Charla struggle with the GPS, while Dustin rocks it. Oswald gets a late start, Danielle has a mini breakdown, and Charla whines that this is the longest day of her life. As the final part of the road block, a helicopter is called to pick the racers up and return them to their partners.
Dustin is first out and the girls head for the Pit Stop. They come in first and win all-terrain vehicles. Danielle and Eric are the second team to meet up with Phil, as Charla and Mirna arrive third, securing their place in the final three. Oswald and Danny arrive last and are eliminated. The best friends tell Phil they hope Charla and Mirna take home the gold.
