Amber Tamblyn and David Cross are making it official! The 28-year-old House actress has accepted a proposal from Cross, 47, her rep confirmed to People.com on Aug. 17. Cross, best known for his role on the now-defunct Arrested Development, and Tamblyn, who starred in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, first met in 2008 and came out as a couple in 2009. This will be the first marriage for both.
