America Picks New Lay's Potato Chips Flavor! And It's...

A Wisconsin woman scored a big cash prize -- and fame! -- after a national search

The nationwide search for the newest Lay's potato chip flavor is over. America, prepare to start eating (and not just one): Cheesy Garlic Bread.

The brand's "Do Us a Flavor" contest allowed the masses to select from three finalist flavors -- which also included Sriracha as well as Chicken & Waffles -- that were available in stores across the country after being selected from close to 4 million (you read that right) fan submissions gathered last year.

Karen Weber-Mendham of Land O'Lakes, Wisconsin was behind the winning flavor, and she takes home $1 million in grand prize money or one percent of her flavor's 2013 net sales, whichever figure is higher; the chips will be on sale in stores for the rest of the year.

Which, you might say, makes her all that and a bag of chips.
