How could someone with laryngitis make it to the semifinals? In season five, Heather Cox kept squeaking by on promises. Perhaps the biggest stupor was Paula's reasoning why Heather and another contestant were cut. And it had nothing to do with music, "because one of them ate pizza and the other one ate salad." That made as much sense as giving a voiceless singer so much leeway.
