Guess what?!? I have an Idol update that has nothing to do with Sanjaya. But don't worry, it's still pretty juicy. Remember season four finalist Jessica Sierra? She was ousted immediately after making it to the top ten. Back then, she told Fox, "If I do not proceed on American Idol, I will continue to follow my dreams along whatever road they lead me."
Well, her road has led her to the big house. The 21-year-old was arrested on drug and assault charges early Sunday morning in Tampa. The chick reportedly hit a guy upside the head with a heavy glass at a cafe. Geesh, couldn't she have just got her latte and left?
According to police spokeswoman Andrea Davis via the AP, "She was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after officers found a small amount of the drug while searching her." No reason for the attack has been released, yet.
