    Ingredients

    3 cups cubed beef 1 cup tomato juice
    1 onion, cut into cubes 1/2 cup flour
    8 large potatoes, scrubbed and cubed 1/4 cup margarine
    2 cups carrots, sliced 1/2 cup frozen peas
    2 cups celery, sliced

      In a hot skillet with the margarine, brown beef and onion in flour.

      Transfer browned beef and onion cubes to a slow-cooker.

      Heat on low for 2 hours, then add vegetables and 1 cup tomato juice.

      Heat for 1 or 2 more hours until ready to serve!
