The NBC sitcom Parks & Recreation has a knack for reeling in talented guest stars, and the latest is one who's very familiar with the star of the show. Very soon, Amy Poehler will be sharing the small screen with her real-life husband, Will Arnett.
EW.com says a spokesperson for the network confirmed that Arnett will be joining the Parks & Rec cast in 2010. The role he'll be playing shouldn't be too much of a stretch: He'll be a "love interest" for Poehler's character, Leslie Knope.
According to TVGuide.com, Arnett is booked for one episode to air in January, and he'll portray an "an MRI technician."
Unlike real life, Arnett will have some competition in his pursuit of Amy's heart. Actor Justin Theroux, who starred in David Lynch's Mulholland Drive and has several choice TV roles on his resume, will portray another potential mate for Leslie.
