Amy Winehouse can't seem to stay out of trouble -- even during the holiday season. The singer has been arrested and charged with a public order offense and common assault after turning herself in to Thames Valley Police on Wednesday.
She allegedly got physical with a theater manager last weekend, during a live production of Cinderella, after theater security tried to calm her down. The "Rehab" singer was reportedly "boisterous" and "shouted obscenities at the cast" before kicking and punching a member of the Milton Keynes Theater staff. Eventually her own security team made her leave.
Winehouse is currently free on bail and must appear in court on Jan. 20.
