Surprise! Amy Winehouse is Still A Wreck

It's been kind of quiet on the Amy Winehouse front, which gave us the false sense of security that, maybe, the troubled singer was getting her act together.

WRONG!

According to her parents, Amy is still a hot mess!

"The need to rescue her is enormous," Janis Winehouse told Britain's ITV News. "I just want her to be OK, and I would do whatever it took to make that right."

Amy's dad, Mitch Winehouse, says, though Amy is still in a drug-treatment program, she has yet to give up on her alcohol addiction.

"For the last six months, there's been a remarkable recovery," he tells the news station. "A gradual recovery, which is good. With slight backwards steps--more drink backward steps, if you follow my drift."
