Hmmm. Do you think Andy Cohen might have been a little happy to have the great Oprah Winfrey on his show? Watch the clip below for your answer:
"I am a certified Oprah superfan!" Cohen gushed when the talk show queen visited Watch What Happens Live! Thursday night to promote her new movie, The Butler. "You made me weep constantly about random things that I didn’t know that I cared about, but somewhere in my little body I did!"
It's tough to say which was better: Cohen's uninhibited giddiness, or Oprah's out-and-out embrace of his silly, party game-like line of questioning. Maybe it was due to the vodka tonics, but she actually seemed to enjoy the embarrassing highlight clips from her past. (The funniest one? Mangling Mariah Carey's lyrics as the singer performed in her TV studio.) Oprah even joyfully pointed out her "worst" hair style from over the years:
But the best line of the night arrived when the unabashed Cohen asked what Oprah really thought of Terrence Howard's reference to her "tig ol' bitties." "It really is okay because they really are big," Winfrey candidly said. "The other day I went, 'God, are y'all getting bigger?' These are my grandmother's -- she's with me."
We tip our hat to you, Andy. Now that's the way to conduct a celebrity interview!
