Comedian Andy Dick was arrested and charged with sexual abuse in West Virginia early Saturday morning.

According to the Huntington Herald-Dispatch, Andy had just finished a performance at the comedy club Funny Bone when he allegedly groped two people at a nearby bar.

An onlooker told Access Hollywood that Andy, who is currently on probation for a 2008 arrest on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery, was drinking heavily after his performance.

“[He had] one drink, then another, which led to another,” said the witness, describing the alleged groping of a college-age male as a harmless joke. “There was nothing sexual about it. Everybody was laughing and hanging out.”

Everybody, according to the witness, except the alleged victim, who apparently didn’t have a sense of humor about the incident and called the police.

Meanwhile, the owner of the Funny Bone, Tom Schaefer, says "nothing happened."

“We were at Rum Runners for literally 10 minutes. Nothing happened there except walking through the door and sitting at the bar,” he told the paper.

Dick, who was released on bail Saturday afternoon, is reportedly facing two first-degree sexual abuse charges (both felonies) and could face up to five years in prison if he is found guilty.
