Official Bars Angelina Jolie Film from Bosnia

A Bosnian minister has thrown a wrench in Angelina Jolie's directorial debut by revoking a permit for the actress to shoot in Sarajevo after a paperwork error and heated complaints from women's groups that alleged the film provides a "misleading history" of the conflict that tore the country apart in the early 1990s.

The Oscar-winning actress is currently shooting the untitled film in Budapest but is scheduled to move production to Bosnia in a month. Officially, the film has been described as a love story between a Serbian man and a Bosnian woman who meet on the eve of the Bosnian War.
