While filming her upcoming flick The Tourist, Angelina Jolie spent this past spring soaking up the culture of Venice. Now, the actress is packing her bags again and heading to a new locale -- Sarajevo, Bosnia!
According to Reuters, Jolie will be starring in a still-untitled romantic drama, set in 1992-1995, about the Bosnian War.
"The film is a love story, not a political statement," Jolie said in a statement issued by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), for which the star is goodwill ambassador.
The do-gooder visited the Eastern European nation on Saturday, where she met with various leaders there to discuss how to help returning war refugees.
Brad Pitt's woman also added that she hopes her new film will include many of the Bosnian natives.
"I would like to involve as many local people as possible and learn as much as I can," she said.
Jolie did not reveal if Pitt and/or their six children will be joining her in the Eastern European country for the film shoot.
