AnnaLynne McCord caused quite the frenzy when she accidentally posted a topless photo of herself to a Twitter fan. Now the actress is ready to address her very public mistake.
The 90210 star told Global Grind on Tuesday: "My only response to all these lovely people is, 'He who be without sin cast the first stone.'"
When she realized her mistake, McCord, 24, quickly took down the photo and later re-posted an edited version of it, where her nipple was no longer visible. "If you have never messed up or done anything wrong in your life, then please, feel free to judge me," she added.
McCord also told Global Grind that she has more important things on her mind than the accidental nip-slip on Twitter.
"I'm heading to Sundance next week for the first time. So excited, I have a movie opening there this year," she explained, referring to her starring role in the independent horror film Excision.
"The film is pretty cool. The director, although he hates when I say this, did not want to meet me, initially. He didn't think someone 'like me' (my image thus far) could play this character and have the targeted audience relate to me. But in the end he said I was, 'The best mistake he ever made.'"
Speaking of errors in judgment, McCord humbly added: "I'm a human being and we make mistakes."
