Anne Hathaway had a bit of a scare in West Hollywood on Wednesday, when the black Audi she was riding in collided with a man on a bike.
Turns out the cyclist, Freddy Ferraro, 32, was a paparazzo trying to snap pics of the Rachel Getting Married actress and her boyfriend, Adam Schulman, who was driving. The photog suffered only minor bruises and refused any medical attention. He told witnesses he was fine, and that the actress was caring and helpful.
Neither Hathaway nor Smith was injured in the minor accident, and a Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman said that they were not at fault in the crash. It has been determined that the overzealous pap caused the accident, but no arrests have been made.
