Answer: Ore-Ida 3-Cheese Bagel Bites

The Bagel Bites may look the same as the Pizza Snacks when it comes to total fat and calories, but the ingredient list is pretty incriminating. “The Bagel Bites are made with bleached wheat flour as opposed to the organic wheat flour in the Pizza Snacks, as well as disturbing ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, modified cornstarch and methylcellulose,” says Stephanie Middleberg, R.D., head of Middleberg Nutrition in New York City. “The Pizza Bites have no artificial ingredients.”
