Answer: Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Women need an average of 1,400-1,600 calories per day, says Roehle. If you devour this appetizer by yourself, you will hit that calorie benchmark in one sitting. The added vegetables don’t save this menu item, considering that it still mostly consists of cheese served with a side of deep-fried chips. The Boneless Wings aren’t a great choice either. Roehle says you’d actually be better off ordering the Classic Wings, with substantially less calories (720) and 49 grams of fat, compared to nearly 1,200 calories and 69 fat grams in the boneless version.
