Antonia Lofaso - Best known for her appearances on BRAVO’s Top Chef All-Stars and Top Chef Season 4, Antonia Lofaso is one of America’s most beloved chefs. With a lifelong passion for cooking, Lofaso is living out her dream and successfully balancing her rapidly growing career with being a single parent to a daughter whom she adores.
Lofaso attended the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City and, upon graduating, accepted a position at Beverly Hills’ best known restaurant, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago. Under the mentorship of Executive Chef Lee Hefter, Lofaso spent six years refining her skills at the famed LA hotspot. Upon leaving Spago, she was immediately hired to run the kitchen at a new Los Angeles hot spot, Foxtail.
In addition to her restaurant and television experience, Lofaso also worked as a private chef to some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. She currently serves as Consulting Chef for Black Market, also in Los Angeles, and is set to publish her first cookbook, "The Busy Mom’s Cookbook", in fall 2012 with Avery Books (Penguin Group USA).
Lofaso currently resides in Los Angeles with her daughter Xea.
