You can do this exercise in your kitchen, living room, or office. It will strengthen and define your triceps.
Sit on a chair, placing your hands on the edge of the seat (as shown). Move your feet about 21 /2 feet away from the chair, with your knees bent at right angles. Keeping your bottom and your back as close to the seat as possible, dip your bottom as low as you can, and then raise it up to the level of the seat.
