|4 slices whole wheat bread||4 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese|
|4 teaspoons honey mustard||1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into thin slices|
Place bread on work surface.
Spread honey mustard on each slice.
Cover 2 bread slices with cheese and then apple. Top with remaining bread.
