This recipe combines oranges with apples, creamy oats, yoghurt and plump sultanas in my own version of a healthy Swiss-style breakfast.

| freshly squeezed juice of 1 1/2 oranges, or 4 tbsp unsweetened orange juice | 1 tsp natural yoghurt | |
| 1/2 tbsp oats | small handful regular or golden raisins (sultanas) | |
| 1 apple, cored and chopped |
Heat the orange juice and oats in a small pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the apple and simmer until soft, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the yoghurt.
Add the sultanas or raisins and leave for a few minutes to plump up.
