| 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch rounds | 1/4 cup brown sugar | |
| 1 pound tart apples, peeled and cut into wedges | 2 tablespoons butter | |
| 1/2 cup apple cider |
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Alternate potato and apple slices in rows.
Pour apple cider over the potatoes and apples.
Dot with butter and brown sugar.
Cover and bake one hour.
